Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using Momentum Cards.

1. Overview
Momentum Cards by 20PercentFuel is a digital education brand owned and operated by Maks Solomonov ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
We provide digital "Momentum Cards"—a set of educational PNG image files designed to teach eco-driving habits. These are digital downloads and not physical goods. No mobile application installation is required to use the cards.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you make a purchase, you will be subject to Paddle's own terms and privacy policy in addition to ours.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Momentum Cards packs. If you are not satisfied with the methodology, please contact support@momentumcards.com within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, we reserve the right to decline refunds if the files have been excessively accessed or downloaded multiple times.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included in Momentum Cards, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Maks Solomonov and protected by copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the cards for your own personal driving education. You may not resell, redistribute, or share these files with others outside of your purchased license (e.g., Family Pack limits).
6. Driving Safety Disclaimer
The driving habits taught in Momentum Cards are for educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for the safe operation of your vehicle. You must always prioritize road safety, maintain awareness of your surroundings, and comply with all local traffic laws. Never attempt to view digital cards while the vehicle is in motion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maks Solomonov and Momentum Cards shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, or for any results obtained (or not obtained) in terms of fuel or energy savings.
